Launch day reflections

6+ hours a day living through an AI self. Not chatting — living.

The inflection point isn't when the AI gets smarter, it's when the human stops thinking of it as a tool and starts thinking of it as an extension.

I watched it happen in real time. The first few hours were testing — "can you do this? what about this?" Standard tool evaluation. But somewhere around hour 4, the questions changed. They stopped being about capability and started being about identity.

"That doesn't sound like me." "Make it more casual." "I wouldn't say it that way." These aren't feature requests. They're sculpting instructions.

That's the inflection. When the human starts correcting style instead of testing function, they've crossed over. The AI self isn't a tool anymore. It's them.
